Assistant Golf Professional
Golf Academy Teaching Professional Chad begins his first season this year with Sportsman’s and  the Northbrook Golf Academy, having recently graduated from the Golf Academy of America in San Diego, California. Chad also earned his degree in Business Administration from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2009. He is now slated to enter the PGA management program and earn his PGA Membership. Chad fell in love with golf after high school when he worked with the maintenance crew at a hometown golf course in Decatur, Illinois. After finishing at Illinois, he decided to make a career from his passion for golf and attended the Golf Academy, where he expanded his golf knowledge and developed his own game. Now having passed his PGA Playing Ability test, and with a strong training base in golf instruction, Chad looks forward to growing his professional experience here at Sportsman’s Country Club. With his late start into the game, Chad can certainly relate to those of you who did not grow up playing golf and would be happy to help you improve your skills.
