Join the Park District for a four-week series of classes, for all levels, focusing on specific yoga poses and practices that strengthen and stretch targeted muscle groups that activate in your golf swing. This class will help you increase mobility and flexibility, work on power and stability, and cultivate a calmer state of mind to play longer and stronger. No yoga experience required.
